60+ days before travel: Full refund (minus admin & non-refundable charges)
31–59 days before travel: 50% refund
30 days or less: No refund

Full refund or alternative package/date will be offered.
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events, refunds will be processed after deducting non-recoverable vendor charges.
No-Show
No refund for missed departures, activities, or unused services.
Refund Processing
